UNICEF’s global database on Household Consumption of Iodized Salt provides country-level trends of household consumption of salt with any iodine (>0ppm) for two distinct indicators, one among all tested households and another among all tested households with salt. All publicly available MICS and DHS have been reanalyzed to produce standardized estimates over time. Along with national estimates, the databases contain estimates by various disaggregations such as place of residence, geographic location, sex of head of household etc.
